Creating a Farleigh Everlasting Tribute Fund is a unique and meaningful way to celebrate and remember the life of someone special, whilst supporting the caring work of the hospice.

However you choose to manage the Tribute, it is your space to make personally yours. A place to reflect and remember, to help you in your bereavement and beyond for as long as you choose.

What is an Everlasting Tribute?

A Farleigh Everlasting Tribute is a unique online place where you, your family and friends can honour and commemorate the life of a special person through words, pictures, videos and by lighting tribute candles.

You can dedicate an individual tribute to celebrate their life in your own personal way, or mark a date that is special and meaningful to them.

Friends, family and colleagues both near and far can share memories via the tribute and very often people make a donation in lieu of flowers at the funeral.

About Farleigh Hospice

Loraine’s Tribute to her daughter

When Carly passed away in Farleigh Hospice in December 2016 at just 40 years of age, after being diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2004, her mother Loraine created an Everlasting Tribute in her memory.

Loraine said “when my daughter passed away I thought it would be nice for her family and friends to post a message on the Everlasting Tribute site, with the opportunity to give a donation, light a candle, or post their thoughts and messages."

“It was wonderful to see all the comments and memories from Carly’s friends, and in the future I will look back at the Tribute and perhaps add some more memories. At the moment it’s a bit too soon, but I know that whenever I want to go back and look, or if we do anything in memory of Carly in the future, it’s always there for us to add to or reflect on.”

What your Everlasting Tribute fund means to Farleigh

Any funds raised through your Farleigh Everlasting Tribute will help us to continue providing outstanding care to people affected by life-limiting illnesses.

We help patients to live as actively as possible from the point of diagnosis to the end of their life, by providing physical and emotional care. We also provide support for families and carers, and for people who have been bereaved.

Thank you. It is because you care that we can.
